Privacy policy
Short version: SkyPlinko has no accounts, no forms, no newsletter, no advertising pixels and no analytics cookies. We don't ask for your name, email or location, and we don't sell or share personal information.
Who is responsible
SkyPlinko is responsible for the personal information handled on this site. Questions and requests go to hello@skyplinko.com.
What is collected and why
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records technical data for each request — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't combine these logs with anything else.
- Search statistics. Google Search Console shows us which searches led to the site and how many times pages appeared in results. It reports totals, not individual visitors.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address only to answer it, and delete them when the question is closed.
Provider demos and casino sites
Free demos load from the game studio's own server, and only after you press the button. At that moment the studio may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Casino buttons take you to the casino's site, which has its own policy; affiliate links may carry a code that tells the casino the visit came from SkyPlinko — it doesn't identify you to us.
Retention and safeguards
Server logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own policy; search statistics are kept by Google for up to 16 months. We have no database of visitors to lose. Access to the hosting and search accounts is limited to the site's editor.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent. Write to us and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Quebec residents
We don't use technology that identifies, locates or profiles visitors. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens.
